Home Learning is currently in development and this website does not presently sell courses, subscriptions, digital products or other services. As a result, there are currently no purchases made through this website for which a refund can be requested.

When paid services launch

Before we begin accepting customer payments, we will publish clear information about pricing, what customers receive, cancellation arrangements and any applicable refund rights. The relevant terms will be presented before a customer completes a purchase.

Consumer rights

Nothing in any future Home Learning refund or cancellation policy will be intended to restrict rights that customers have under applicable UK consumer law.
